Sales & Service Center Associate

About the role

SunCulture is seeking a Sales & Service Center Associate to run its Jinja service centre. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and working closely with the Operations Associate, the role blends customer‑service excellence with sales conversion and after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, empathetic, professional assistance to all visitors of the service centre.
• Maintain deep knowledge of SunCulture’s products to answer customer queries and drive sales.
• Resolve customer complaints within defined service‑level agreements and follow the after‑sales escalation process.
• Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks and ensure critical components are available.
• Keep the service centre clean, tidy and aligned with operational standards during opening hours (Mon‑Fri 9 am‑5 pm, Sat 8 am‑12 pm).
• Process sales and after‑sales requests, troubleshoot issues and create tickets for unresolved problems.
• Analyse service trends to propose improvements that meet business goals.

• Capability to meet service‑level targets and follow escalation procedures.
• Attention to detail for stock management and record‑keeping.
• Willingness to work onsite during the specified operating hours.
