Sales Staff – Full‑time On‑site Role

About the role
The Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated Sales Staff member to work on‑site in Kampala. In this full‑time position you will drive new business, nurture client relationships and help the agency meet its sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present and sell the agency’s marketing and advertising services.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close sales.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with agency objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, client relations or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to analyse market trends and spot business opportunities.
- Knowledge of advertising or marketing strategies and trends.
- Highly motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
