Sales Team Manager (Insurance)

About the role
The Insurance Agency is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Manager to lead its insurance sales force in Kampala. You will use consultative sales methods to coach, supervise, and motivate a team of agents, ensuring they achieve the company’s monthly revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of insurance sales agents.
- Develop and implement business plans for the sales team.
- Generate and distribute sales leads to agents.
- Assist agents in closing new business and signing contracts.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for senior management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Leadership or team‑lead experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, marketing, and interpersonal abilities.
