About the role
This full‑time, on‑site Salesperson position is based in Central and reports to the Insurance Agency Manager. The role focuses on identifying prospective clients, presenting insurance solutions, and managing the complete sales cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up on leads.
- Maintain accurate sales records and coordinate with creative and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, attend networking events, and build long‑term client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in marketing, media, or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities with a customer‑centric approach.
- Goal‑oriented mindset, organized, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
Required skills
- Comfort with using CRM tools or basic sales tracking systems.
- Proficiency with common office software such as email, spreadsheets, and presentations.
