About the role

The Sales Agent is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Central. You will identify potential clients, present advertising and insurance services, and close sales to achieve personal and team targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a sales pipeline and follow up on leads from multiple channels.
  • Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals and negotiate terms.
  • Maintain accurate activity records in CRM and other tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns meet client expectations.
  • Participate in sales training and provide market feedback.

Required profile

  • Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
  • Proven record of meeting sales targets, preferably in advertising or related commercial fields.
  • Organizational and time‑management skills with basic computer literacy (CRM, office tools).
  • High school diploma required; post‑secondary qualification in Business, Marketing or related discipline is a plus.
