Senior Accountant

About the role

Byoosi.com is seeking a remote Senior Accountant to lead day‑to‑day accounting operations and deliver accurate financial reporting. You will work in a dynamic, fully remote environment supporting the company’s digital transformation services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and post journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and audit requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide financial insights to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in a senior accounting role, preferably within a technology or digital services company.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems; ERPnext knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based finance tools and AI‑integrated accounting solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with accounting software for AP/AR and cash‑flow management.
