Senior AI & Full‑Stack Engineer – DevOps & Technical Leadership

About the role

We are a fast‑moving startup building AI‑powered web applications, integrations and business automations. As a Senior AI & Full‑Stack Engineer you will own end‑to‑end delivery of features, manage Linux and Docker infrastructure, and provide technical leadership for internal and outsourced developers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack web applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, HTML and CSS.
• Integrate LLM and AI coding assistants into products, ensuring output quality, latency management and cost control.
• Administer Linux servers, Docker containers, DNS, TLS certificates and reverse proxies.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps, handling migrations, rollbacks and post‑deployment verification.
• Coordinate outsourced contributors, review deliverables, and mentor junior developers through code reviews and practical demos.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience delivering production web applications.
• Proven ability to lead or mentor development teams and work with distributed contractors.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, independent decision‑making and comfort with a limited startup budget.

Required skills

• JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Backend API design, authentication, authorization and third‑party integrations.
• SQL, PostgreSQL schema design, migrations, indexing and backup/recovery.
• Linux system administration, Docker, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, reverse proxies.
• CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps pipelines, Git version control.
• Experience with AI/LLM integration and AI coding assistants.
