Senior People Partner

About the role

Suno is seeking a Senior People Partner to serve as the strategic HR advisor for a function or senior leader. In this role you will shape organizational design, talent strategy and performance systems, ensuring people decisions support the company’s rapid growth. You will work closely with leaders to build high‑performing teams and drive a culture of ownership and intensity.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, guiding org design, workforce planning and talent strategy.
• Lead complex employee‑relations cases and high‑stakes performance situations from start to finish.
• Design, launch and iterate company‑wide talent development programs, managing budgets and measuring impact.
• Coach managers through scaling, reorganisations and performance challenges, questioning assumptions and providing data‑driven guidance.
• Build and maintain analytical tools and models in Excel (and Claude) to identify capability gaps, workforce costs and succession risks.
• Develop strong cross‑functional relationships, mentor junior People partners and champion a performance‑focused mindset.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior HR business partner or people strategist.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and translate business priorities into people solutions.
• Strong judgment, comfort with ambiguity and a focus on root‑cause problem solving.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and modelling.
