People and Culture Manager

About the role

Pebuu Limited is looking for an experienced People and Culture Manager to lead all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, payroll and compliance, while fostering a strong organisational culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, talent pipelines and onboarding processes.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programmes.
• Support quarterly performance management, appraisals and improvement initiatives.
• Assist with payroll and employee benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies and workplace health and safety standards.
• Drive organisational culture and change‑management initiatives.
• Maintain HR records, HRMIS and prepare HR reports and metrics.
• Support continuous improvement of HR operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• At least 3 years of progressive, senior‑level HR experience.
• Hands‑on experience with HRMIS and strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Relevant professional membership is desirable.
