Senior Personal Banker

About the role
The Senior Personal Banker will lead client acquisition and loan management activities for the bank. This role focuses on building strong relationships with customers while ensuring the bank’s loan portfolio remains healthy and compliant.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and attract new clients for personal banking services.
- Process loan applications and evaluate creditworthiness.
- Manage and monitor loan portfolios to mitigate risk.
- Ensure timely repayment of loans and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Promote loan products and cross‑sell banking services.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proven capability to market loan products and recruit clients.
- Basic computer and financial knowledge.
- Strong record‑keeping and loan‑recovery experience.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is advantageous.

What we offer
- Competitive basic salary ranging from 500,000 UGX to 800,000 UGX.
