Senior Product Manager – Patient Intelligence

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager for Patient Intelligence, you will own the vision and roadmap of Curely AI’s flagship AI‑driven patient profiling product. You will work directly with health‑system leaders, clinicians, and the AI engineering team to deliver high‑impact features that improve bedside decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap, balancing clinical impact with business outcomes.
• Conduct deep customer discovery with CMOs, CNOs, and frontline clinicians at partner health systems.
• Write clear product specifications, PRDs, and success metrics for engineering and design.
• Drive go‑to‑market strategy and pricing in collaboration with sales and marketing.
• Own product KPIs such as adoption, clinical engagement, value realization, and NPS.
• Represent the product at customer meetings, conferences, and partner reviews.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a health‑tech company.
• Proven ability to ship enterprise B2B software used by clinical end users.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data.
• Excellent written communication and ability to translate complex clinical problems into product decisions.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in an agile environment.
