Senior Project Manager – Digital Banking (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex digital banking and payment solutions for a global fintech provider. This remote position will oversee end‑to‑end technology programmes, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through successful delivery.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables, and monitor budget and schedule.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal delivery teams, providing regular updates and transparent communication.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks; manage change requests with structured governance.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate resources, assign tasks and foster a collaborative environment.
• Produce accurate project status reports and maintain compliant documentation.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology delivery.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale digital banking, payments or enterprise software implementations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field; PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
