SEO Specialist – Boost Website Traffic & Rankings

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to develop and execute strategies that increase website visitors, improve search‑engine rankings, and generate qualified leads for our market‑research business. You will work closely with developers, content creators, and external partners to optimise the site’s technical performance and content relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement on‑page SEO improvements using HTML, CSS and JavaScript to enhance accessibility and user interaction.
• Manage pay‑per‑click (PPC) campaigns to drive revenue through sponsored advertising.
• Produce original, audience‑focused web content and coordinate link‑building initiatives.
• Provide technical recommendations to developers and monitor search‑term rankings, analytics, and algorithm updates.
• Apply UX and conversion‑rate optimisation techniques to turn visitors into active users.
• Leverage social media for content distribution, link acquisition, and community building.
• Develop and integrate content‑marketing strategies aligned with SEO goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar SEO role within the market‑research sector.
• Strong personal online presence (e.g., blog, website, active social‑media profiles).
• Commitment to continuous learning of SEO trends and search‑engine algorithms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret ranking data and make data‑driven recommendations.
