Social Media Manager

About the role

Mpiima Media Group is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead its online presence across key platforms. Based in Entebbe with hybrid work flexibility, you will shape content that educates and entertains while promoting the company’s artists and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor audience interactions, respond to comments and messages, and optimize content for reach and engagement.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote new releases, artists, and company initiatives.
• Track performance metrics, generate regular reports, and adjust strategies based on analytics.
• Collaborate with content creators, artists, and internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand and educational goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field; experience in music or entertainment is a plus.
• Strong communication and writing abilities.
• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive content strategies.
• Familiarity with current trends on major social platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
