Solar Energy Sales Representative

About the role
The Solar Energy Sales Representative will drive the acquisition of new customers for solar equipment and present tailored solar power solutions. This full‑time position is based in Kamwokya, Uganda, and focuses on expanding the market for renewable energy products.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, contact, and develop potential customers for solar equipment.
- Present customized solar power solutions and demonstrate product benefits.
- Achieve monthly individual sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain long‑term relationships with clients and coordinate basic after‑sales support.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Preferably at least one year of proven sales experience; fresh graduates with solid internship experience are also considered.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work towards sales targets.
Required skills
- Basic professional knowledge of solar energy products.
