Speech-Language Pathologist (2026/2027)

About the role

The Upland Unified School District is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join its clinical team for the 2026/2027 academic year. This position supports students with communication disorders, providing assessment, intervention, and collaborative services within the school environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence‑based practices.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to integrate communication goals into classroom activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress reports, and compliance with district and state regulations.
• Participate in professional development and district meetings related to student services.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Communicative Disorders or a related field.
• Current, valid license from the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board.
• Three recent letters of recommendation (within the last 12 months).
• Up‑to‑date resume and relevant credential documentation.
