We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Store Manager to lead a high-traffic sport and lifestyle store. This operational role grants you full accountability for store performance, team leadership, and the ultimate customer experience.

Missions principales

• Lead, inspire, and develop your team to consistently achieve sales targets and service excellence.
• Drive store performance through strong commercial awareness and data-driven decision-making.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by coaching and leading by example on the shop floor.
• Manage all operational aspects including stock control, deliveries, compliance, and cash management.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards to create an attractive and seamless shopping environment.
• Recruit, train, and nurture a high-performing retail team.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to support business growth and strategic objectives.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or an Assistant Manager ready to step up.
• A track record of driving sales growth and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
• A hands-on approach with a genuine passion for premium customer service.
• Solid operational knowledge of retail processes and compliance standards.
• A genuine interest in sports, lifestyle, or outdoor retail is highly desirable.
