Team Leader – Packaging Operations

About the role

The Team Leader will head the shift‑based packaging team, driving the execution of the production plan while upholding safety, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and comply with all safety, health and environmental regulations.
• Manage the shift using VPO tools to meet production targets within cost limits.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance, monitor production processes and ensure budget adherence.
• Foster relationships with customers and suppliers to support operational goals.
• Lead team dynamics, performance management and OPR processes.
• Administer employment conditions, prepare and control budgets, and oversee monthly financial performance.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive & Power or Electrical engineering.
• Completion of an AB InBev Packaging Traineeship.
• Experience managing a high‑speed packaging line is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated disciplined work ethic and passion for problem solving.
