Team Leader – Shift Packaging

We are seeking a passionate Team Leader to drive our shift‑based packaging team in delivering the production plan with safety, quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and comply with safety, health and environmental procedures.
• Manage the shift using VPO tools to achieve the production plan within cost targets.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance and autonomous operations.
• Monitor production processes, interpret the plan for the shift and ensure budget adherence.
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers and optimise team performance.
• Implement performance management, OPR processes and effective communication.
• Administer employment conditions, budgets and monthly financial short‑interval control.
• Develop employees, manage industrial relations and apply people policies.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive & Power or Electrical engineering.
• Completion of an AB InBev Packaging Traineeship.
• Proven experience managing a high‑speed packaging line.
• Strong track record of disciplined work ethic and problem‑solving passion.
