About the role

Adexa Power World is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join its team in Kampala. This full‑time hybrid position bridges technical expertise with customer needs, helping to deliver renewable energy and water solutions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations for prospective clients.
• Support the sales team by identifying and translating customer technical requirements into suitable solutions.
• Recommend appropriate Adexa Power World energy products and services.
• Assist clients with product integration and provide post‑sale technical support.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to provide technical support.
• Excellent communication skills and a solution‑focused sales mindset.
• Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Experience in renewable energy or environmental solutions is a plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining field, office, and remote tasks.
