Treasury Manager

About the role

Azamara Cruises is looking for a Manager, Treasury who reports to the Director, Finance and Treasury. The role manages key parts of the global treasury function, including cash and liquidity management, banking operations, hedging and treasury policies, reporting and controls. It helps shape and deliver treasury strategy, supports capital structure and risk management, leads treasury technology and process improvements, and supervises and develops treasury staff.

Key responsibilities

• Liquidity and cash: own daily, short-term and long-term liquidity planning; manage domestic and international cash operations, banking relationships, merchant processors and corporate credit card programs; manage letters of credit, guarantees and bonds.
• Treasury policy: develop, implement and maintain treasury policies, procedures and controls.
• Treasury strategy: partner with the Director, Finance and Treasury to build and run treasury strategies, and provide analysis and recommendations on treasury matters and market trends.
• Risk and hedging: lead the strategy for mitigating FX, interest rate and counterparty risk, manage hedging activities and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Reporting: own treasury reporting, cash forecasting and scenario analysis for leadership review, and support the Director with lender relationships, covenant compliance and reporting.
• Technology and processes: lead adoption of treasury technology and process automation, oversee ERP integrations and drive continuous process improvement.
• Projects: represent treasury on special projects such as fleet expansion, commercial development and onboard cash initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• 5 to 7 years of treasury, finance or accounting experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
