Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, their families, representatives, and other stakeholders.
- Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries, concerns, feedback, and general communication.
- Ensure clients feel listened to, respected, valued, and involved in decisions relating to their care and support.
- Regularly communicate with clients and families to understand their experience and identify any concerns or changing needs.
- Manage client expectations professionally and ensure appropriate follow‑up on agreed actions.
