About the role

Aserwad Solutions is looking for motivated, commission‑based Business Development Executives to expand its client base and promote its IT services portfolio. This remote, contract position offers unlimited earning potential for self‑driven professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities across target markets.
• Market and promote Aserwad Solutions’ services to businesses and organisations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings, presentations and follow‑ups.
• Generate leads via networking, referrals and LinkedIn outreach.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, maintaining a pipeline of prospects.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and performance goals.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IT services (e.g., Microsoft 365, CCTV & security systems, network installation, website design & hosting, biometric & access control systems).
