About the role
Donswift Company Ltd is seeking motivated Credit Officers to join its lending team in Kampala. You will play a pivotal role in assessing loan applications, managing the loan portfolio, and ensuring timely repayments.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and process loan applications for logbook, business, civil servant, and LPO financing.
- Conduct credit appraisal and due diligence to assess repayment capacity, risk, and collateral.
- Manage the loan portfolio through disbursement, customer follow‑up, repayment monitoring, and recovery of overdue loans.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in credit, lending, or related loan products such as logbook, business, civil servant, or LPO financing.
