About the role
The Digital & Social Media Marketing Representative/Officer will drive the company’s online presence by creating and publishing engaging content across all social platforms. You will act as the first point of contact for the online community, ensuring timely responses and fostering positive brand interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish content on the company’s social media channels.
- Monitor accounts, respond to customer inquiries, and manage community engagement.
- Track performance metrics, analyse data, and recommend improvements to boost digital marketing and sales outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media activities with broader marketing strategies.
Required profile
- Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 12 months of experience managing social media for a brand.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and best practices.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Canva for graphic creation.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Copywriting and basic design abilities.
