HR Specialist – Recruitment & Employee Relations

About the role

We are looking for an HR Specialist to support our recruitment, employee relations and HR administration functions. The role will ensure smooth hiring processes, maintain accurate employee records and help foster a positive workplace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings, screen candidates, conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee relations, addressing workplace concerns in line with company policies.
• Assist with performance management, including goal setting, reviews and documentation.
• Help organise training and development initiatives.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and employment practices.
• Manage leave, attendance, contracts, employee movements and other HR admin tasks.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Support compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
• Perform other HR‑related duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Relevant experience in HR or HR administration.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
