Cadence Education is seeking a passionate Infant Teacher to join our caring team. You will nurture the youngest learners in a warm, home‑like environment, supporting their early development and building strong connections with families.

Key responsibilities

• Create a cozy, engaging space where infants feel safe and thrive.
• Document and share daily milestones with parents, celebrating each tiny win.
• Collaborate with educators to deliver an age‑appropriate, stimulating curriculum.
• Observe each child’s cues, ensuring safety and enriching play with language, toys, and activities.
• Model positive behavior and serve as a role model for both children and peers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Meets all state preschool teacher requirements.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work during business hours.
• Bonus for experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare.
