Cadence Education is seeking a passionate Infant Teacher to join a vibrant team of early‑childhood educators. You will nurture the youngest learners in a warm, home‑like environment, supporting their development and building strong connections with families.

Key responsibilities

• Create a safe, engaging space where infants can explore and thrive.
• Document and share daily milestones with parents.
• Deliver age‑appropriate, research‑based curriculum in collaboration with the teaching team.
• Observe each child’s cues, ensuring safety and fostering language, play, and social interaction.
• Model positive behavior and serve as a caring role model for infants.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Meets all state preschool teacher licensing requirements.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work during business hours.
• Bonus for experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare.
