Information Technology Supervisor

About the role

The Information Technology Supervisor will lead the day‑to‑day IT operations at the Kapeeka factory, ensuring a reliable, secure and efficient technology environment that supports production, administration, finance, HR and other business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise installation, configuration and maintenance of LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, firewalls and related network equipment.
• Provide on‑site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, servers and other peripherals.
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and ensure proper configuration and security before issue.
• Support users of the company ERP (including SAP) and other business applications, coordinating with central IT for escalations.
• Implement basic IT security controls, manage user accounts, passwords and access rights, and monitor for security incidents.
• Provide technical support for CCTV, access‑control and other security technologies.
• Coordinate with internet service providers and external vendors to guarantee uninterrupted connectivity.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising IT support activities in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage hardware, network and security infrastructure.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
