Marketing and Sales Officer

About the role

The Marketing and Sales Officer will drive revenue growth for Birus Property Services Ltd by creating and executing marketing strategies, generating qualified leads, and closing leasing and sales transactions across Uganda and the wider East African market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet leasing, property sales and ancillary service targets.
• Identify, qualify and pursue corporate, retail, investor, NGO and government prospects.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations and negotiations to close deals.
• Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools and market intelligence.
• Design and execute integrated marketing plans across digital, traditional and event channels.
• Manage the company’s website, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Create marketing collateral, property fact sheets, videos and virtual tours.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and networking functions.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in real estate.
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing leasing or sales deals.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
