National Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven National Account Manager to lead our retail channel sales efforts. You will own national accounts, work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and drive growth across our retail partner network.

Key responsibilities

• Own national accounts and expand business with existing and new retail partners.
• Create and implement sales strategies to grow the partner roster.
• Manage sales and channel promotion activities, including negotiating and finalising distribution agreements.
• Develop new commercial propositions and upsell the current product portfolio.
• Review pricing, promotions, and market positioning; devise counter‑actions as needed.
• Generate daily orders, chase distributors for deliveries and payments.
• Maintain and update a weekly sales pipeline, track regional distributor performance, and meet agreed KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in a similar national account or key account role.
• Comfortable presenting to national accounts and managing long‑term relationships.
• Numbers‑driven, goal‑oriented, and highly motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to build strong networks with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in telecoms is a plus but not mandatory.
