Partnership Manager - Lifestyle

About the role

Ten is seeking a Partnership Manager to develop and manage supplier relationships that give members priority access to live events, restaurants and luxury brands. You will drive revenue growth, ensure high member satisfaction and fulfil contractual obligations for corporate benefit programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Own all partnerships and contracts within your market, securing best‑in‑market offers, ticket allocations and commission agreements.
• Support Lifestyle Managers in Singapore and Hong Kong, nurturing sustainable supplier relationships for future growth.
• Monitor supplier performance, drive improvements in NPS and operational efficiency.
• Analyse redemption data and demand trends to refine strategies by member group, region and client.
• Collaborate with Global Proposition Director, Content and Marketing to maximise offer exposure.
• Stay ahead of competitors, propose new strategies and campaigns to boost member satisfaction and corporate revenue.

Required profile

• Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese at a professional level.
• Experience procuring and managing live‑entertainment partnerships, contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Strong people‑management skills with the ability to motivate and drive performance.
• Proven ability to manage complex global projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
