Sales Agent – Customer Lead Conversion

About the role

Majibu Africa is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to drive lead conversion and build lasting customer relationships in Kamwokya, Uganda. You will act as the primary point of contact for walk‑in clients and leads, guiding them through product options and the application process.

Key responsibilities

• Convert walk‑in clients and follow up on daily leads to close sales, providing product consultations and guiding applicants through the paperwork.
• Maintain professional client interactions, identify repeat customers with good payment history and promote new offers, discounts and future asset access.
• Represent Majibu Africa in partner shops, build strong relationships with shop staff and act as a liaison to share feedback and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience with at least 24 months in sales or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment in Kamwokya, Uganda.
