Sales Executive

About the role

Your primary mission will be to drive revenue growth, expand the client base, and build long‑term, high‑value business relationships for the agency. You will lead the execution of the sales strategy, identify new market opportunities, and collaborate with creative, strategy and operations teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market expansion plans backed by insights and data.
• Create compelling proposals and represent the agency in high‑stakes client meetings.
• Own annual revenue targets, increase average deal size and improve win rates on strategic proposals.
• Nurture partnerships with key decision‑makers across finance, tourism, FMCG and telecom sectors.
• Utilise CRM and market intelligence to refine pricing, positioning and go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• Proven agency experience in client servicing and business development.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strategic, target‑driven thinker who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong relationship‑building capabilities with long‑term, high‑value clients.
