Sales Manager – East Africa

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the commercial growth of Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA), DDGS, and Food Grade CO₂ across the East African market. The role involves shaping sales strategy, building key accounts, and ensuring seamless coordination with production and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.
• Drive sales of ENA, DDGS, and Food Grade CO₂ across East Africa.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct market research, pricing analysis, and competitor tracking.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and commercial teams for timely order execution.
• Prepare sales forecasts and business reports.

Required profile

• MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
• Proven experience in African markets.
• Background in ENA, ethanol, distillery, DDGS, animal feed, or Food Grade CO₂ industries is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and business development abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across East Africa.
