About the role
This full‑time, on‑site Sales & Marketing position is based in Kampala. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting the agency’s services and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and present marketing solutions to potential clients.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular meetings and follow‑ups.
- Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals and collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts.
- Monitor market trends, attend industry events and provide feedback to improve service offerings.
Required profile
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
- Customer service and client relationship management abilities.
- Training and sales management capabilities to support team development.
- Good organizational and time‑management skills.
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (preferred).
