About the role
The Sales Team Leader drives retail sales performance by building strong customer relationships, guiding a team of sales advisors, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality service. This role balances hands‑on selling with supervisory responsibilities to meet revenue targets and enhance customer loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and attract new customers through referrals and recommendations.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system for retention and business development.
- Sell standard products and services while supervising a team of sales advisors.
- Handle escalations, provide approvals, and resolve complex customer issues.
- Record and process custom customer orders efficiently.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar sales leadership role.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Strong customer‑relationship building and negotiation skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools for data entry and management.
