Senior Manager, Products

About the role

Prudential is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the commercialization, market launch and in‑market performance of its product portfolio. The role bridges product design, pricing, distribution, marketing and customer experience to ensure products are market‑ready, adopted, profitable and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercialization strategies for new and existing products across all channels, defining value propositions, target segments and launch sequencing.
• Lead end‑to‑end product launches, coordinating distribution, marketing, operations, IT, actuarial, finance and compliance teams and ensuring readiness of sales tools and system configurations.
• Track post‑launch performance against KPIs, identify gaps and drive product enhancements, repricing or repositioning initiatives.
• Work with actuarial and finance to ensure competitive pricing, profitability and sustainability, and conduct scenario analysis on margins and incentives.
• Act as the primary interface between product development and commercial teams, driving decision‑making forums and engaging external partners as needed.
• Ensure all commercialized products comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance, supporting approvals, filings and post‑launch reviews.
