SEO/SEM Specialist – Data‑Driven Search Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. The role involves optimizing website content, managing PPC campaigns, and delivering measurable improvements in search visibility and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Perform keyword research, develop content and link‑building strategies, and optimise on‑page elements such as meta tags and site structure.
• Conduct technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing) and work with developers to implement fixes.
• Launch, monitor and optimise Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns to maximise ROI and reduce cost per acquisition.
• Track, analyse and report on SEO and PPC performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
• Research competitor advertising, keyword tactics and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup supply to ensure zero downtime.
