UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented UI/UX Designer to transform our software into engaging, intuitive, and user‑centric products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to craft compelling experiences that match our vision and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product managers, developers, and stakeholders—to gather and evaluate user requirements and translate them into design specifications.
• Design intuitive interface elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and navigation components that align with brand guidelines and enhance usability.
• Develop detailed wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize user journeys and validate concepts early.
• Create visually appealing, responsive designs for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency across devices and screen sizes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to continuously refine the user experience and address pain points.
• Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams, incorporate feedback, and ensure adherence to branding, accessibility, and design standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design work across digital platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating design decisions to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem‑solving and time‑management abilities, with a track record of delivering high‑quality work in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Comfortable receiving feedback, iterating quickly, and maintaining a user‑first mindset throughout the design process.
