About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to turn raw website data into actionable insights. The role supports strategic decision‑making by implementing tracking, analysing user behaviour and delivering clear reports that optimise performance, marketing campaigns and conversion rates.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
- Analyse traffic patterns, user journeys and conversion funnels to uncover optimisation opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker Studio/Data Studio, Tableau or similar tools for stakeholder KPIs.
- Partner with marketing and development teams to design and run A/B and multivariate tests.
- Conduct regular audits of tracking implementations and resolve data gaps.
- Provide proactive, data‑driven recommendations to improve digital marketing ROI.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis or digital marketing analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

- SQL (preferred)
- Basic HTML and JavaScript for tag implementation
