About the role
We are seeking an Account Manager to drive customer success by understanding and fulfilling the needs of both new and existing clients. The role involves building strong relationships, communicating effectively with internal teams, and ensuring customers achieve their goals using our product.
Key responsibilities
- Work cross‑functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success.
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
- Visit customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform.
- Manage reporting on the health of customers' accounts.
Required profile
- Previous account management experience.
- Articulate and comfortable in a client‑facing role.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
