Field Sales & Marketing Executive – Agriculture Equipment (Arua)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote agricultural equipment and machinery across Arua and surrounding districts. You will act as the face of the brand, introducing innovative farming tools to farmers, dealers, and industrial clients while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Visit farms, industries, and dealers to demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights.
• Record daily activities and sales data in the Odoo CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress.
• Represent the brand at exhibitions, fairs, and community events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑3+ years of field sales experience, preferably in agriculture or generator sectors.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across cities and villages in Uganda.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Basic proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
