Fuel Station Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Fuel Station Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy station in Kansanga, Kampala. The role involves ensuring smooth retail service, accurate fuel inventory management and effective financial control.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all front‑line activities, including fuel dispensing, convenience store sales and customer service.
• Maintain accurate fuel stock records and reconcile daily cash flow.
• Prepare and monitor financial reports, budgets and expense tracking.
• Lead, coach and schedule a team of attendants and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of management experience in a retail or fuel‑station environment.
• Background in accounting, finance or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for stock tracking and cash management.
