Store Colleague – Retail Team Member

About the role

Join Morrisons Daily as a Store Colleague and become an essential part of your local community. You will work both independently and with a team to deliver excellent customer service and keep the store running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Operate tills and handle cash, including occasional Post Office duties (subject to DBS).
• Manage stock control and merchandising to ensure shelves are well‑stocked and presented.
• Prepare Food‑to‑Go items when required.
• Maintain store safety and legal compliance.
• Cover supervisory duties when needed, with additional pay for those hours.
• Perform regular lone working periods safely and confidently.

Required profile

• Enjoys going above and beyond for customers.
• Flexible with early mornings and occasional late‑night shifts.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, varied environment.
• Comfortable working independently during lone‑working periods.
• Over 18 years old for locations that sell alcohol.
