About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Salesperson to join our insurance agency in Kampala. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research and prepare compelling sales presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Provide post‑sale support and maintain ongoing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful campaign execution.

Required profile

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
