Product Digital Lending Analyst

About the role

The Product Digital Lending Analyst will provide data‑driven insights on asset, transaction and liability product performance to support strategic decision‑making and margin growth. Working closely with Product Managers and IT, the analyst ensures system changes are tested, implemented on time, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse internal and external data sources to recommend product enhancements, pricing adjustments, and competitive strategies.
• Monitor market dynamics, pricing trends, and operating margins; develop tools and procedures for pricing and discounting.
• Conduct detailed profitability and performance analyses, producing product performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Identify and mitigate revenue leakages by reviewing transaction volume, liability, and loan balance reports; create dashboards for visibility.
• Continuously test processes and data quality to improve reporting efficiency.
• Develop core customer insights through analytics and market intelligence.
• Validate correct pricing implementation for all customer propositions, including franchising, public sector, and mid‑corporate clients.

Required profile

• First degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science, Business Commerce or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in branch and private banking environments.
• Experience in data management with knowledge of PBB transactional, liability, lending products and mobile network billing.
• Understanding of FTP and product behaviour tenor.
