About the role
The Grain Voucher Business Lead will drive the growth and commercialization of a novel agricultural financial product. Reporting to senior leadership, you will own the product vision, revenue targets, and ecosystem partnerships to make grain vouchers a trusted asset across the value chain.
Key responsibilities
- Set and achieve growth targets for the Grain Voucher portfolio.
- Develop and execute commercial and go‑to‑market strategies, including customer acquisition, activation, retention and transaction growth.
- Own the product roadmap, gather market feedback, and work with technology and operations teams to launch new features and use cases.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with aggregators, traders, farmer organisations, financial institutions and development partners.
- Integrate complementary financial services such as working‑capital loans, insurance, savings and digital payments.
- Ensure smooth voucher issuance, transfer, redemption and settlement processes while maintaining operational excellence.
- Manage the Grain Voucher P&L, monitor revenue, margins and profitability, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing team focused on innovation and accountability.
Required profile
- Proven track record in business growth, commercial strategy and product ownership.
- Experience managing P&L and financial performance for a product or business unit.
- Strong ability to build and manage ecosystem partnerships across agriculture and finance.
- Leadership experience in building and scaling high‑performing teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
