Product Head

About the role

The Product Head will lead the strategic and commercial direction of the hotspot network business unit for an ISP in Uganda. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be accountable for growth, profitability, product performance and operational execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the business unit strategy aligned with corporate commercial goals.
• Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition and market expansion, identifying new partnerships.
• Own the P&L, manage budgets, forecasts and cost‑efficiency initiatives.
• Lead the development and rollout of the hotspot network strategy, selecting locations and optimizing utilisation.
• Monitor product performance, drive adoption, and shape pricing and commercial models.
• Provide leadership, set performance targets and mentor the business unit team.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in product strategy, P&L management and team leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse market trends.
