Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role
The Sales and Marketing Executive will drive new client acquisition, promote property listings and close sales to achieve company targets within the real‑estate sector.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking and social media outreach.
- Show properties to prospective buyers, answer queries and guide them through the purchasing process.
- Conduct market research on local real‑estate trends, competitor pricing and customer needs.
- Assist in creating and executing advertising campaigns, open houses and promotional events.
- Negotiate prices and terms with clients to successfully close sales.
- Prepare sales contracts, agreements and regular reports for management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, real estate or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication, listening and negotiation abilities.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to property sites.
